Apply

A visa is required for entering China. To apply for a Chinese visa, please check the website of Chinese Consulates General MFA (https://www.fmprc.gov.cn/mfa_eng/wjb_663304/zwjg_665342/2498_665360/) for the application procedure, documents required and other relative information. Both Non-commerce visa (F type) and Tourist Visa (L Type) are fine.

Non-commerce visa

If you are going to apply for Non-commerce visa (F type) and need a formal invitation letter of XNPIG-2024, please contact us via email: ys.ge@siat.ac.cn and provide us with your information, including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, address, date of arrival and departure.

Notice

Due to the increasing demand of Chinese visas, some application procedures may have been changed and applicants are required to go to the consulate in person. Please check the updated information and submit your visa application about two months before your planned travel date in China.
